Getting in shape is very important, but how do you know what shape is best for you?
There are many choices out there, and selecting the proper shape can be tricky.
One wrong move and you can get ‘bent out of shape’.
So what shape should you be in?
Here is an exercise to help you figure that out:
Stand perfectly still.
Slowly raise your arms.
Close your eyes.
Think of triangles.
Did you think of triangles?
Then you are a triangle.
While triangles are ok, my favourite shape is a hexagon because:
1) Hexagons make Turtles.
2) Hexagons make Honey.
4) Hexagons make France.
Sadly hexagons are not for everyone. That’s why you’ll need to chase and capture five other people in order to make this wonderful shape.
On the bright side, as you run after them you will feel your muscles grow stronger. Getting in shape is actually not a bad way to become physically fit!
Once you have captured your 5 people, simply blend them together at 120 degree angles and jump into the middle.
It may feel odd at first, but don’t worry. Everything will begin to feel more comfortable as the weeks and months roll by.
Simple isn’t it? Just follow my advice and you’ll soon be in the best shape of your life!
